I have always wondered why the displeasure with PFB, and i asked one time. I believe The problem was with the founder doing something nefarious. He is gone now so what is the problem?
Here is my list of reasons for no longer visiting their page(s).
1. They clearly care more about revenue than actual content. This is evidenced by the fact that they do a LOT of circular linking within their articles and create TONS of articles with 60% overlapping content. Their site became like a massive clickbait article that you never knew where the source material was, because everything linked to everything else, and none of it was even that good.
2. In the last 2-3 years, they turned up the heat a bit, and started generating more and more anti-OSU hot takes (again, for the pure intent of generating responses/outrage/clicks), which was most evident with the Gundy OAN shirt stuff.
3. They take a very self-important stance with their media position, and have openly criticized Gundy for his lack of concern. Frankly, I think it's awesome how Gundy has dismissed them.
4. Their writing style is absurdly bro-ish. Its absolutely un-readably annoying.

They were part of the hit squad that was after Gundy when the whole Chubba thing went down. Havent visited since that. They were already butt hurt that Gundy was restricting access to the program for them so they took that story and ran with it as retribution (imo).

You should apply for a job with them. You’d fit right in with your incessant critiques of Gundy and staff.

On the bright side of things, however..

On defense, ESPN’s SP+ analytics model ranks the OSU defense No. 12 in the country. Hand Jim Knowles a blank check and hope he sticks around.
Jim Knowles is impressive. I remember some of his intro videos when he was first hired, and he seems exactly like the type of coach we want. I can only assume that he has autonomy with the defense given his personality and some of the calls we see him make in games.

One of my favorite things about watching his defensive schemes and calls is that he seems to dial up pressure and mix coverages with actual intelligence. It's not random or stupid. He has a good feel for the game, and seems to get our guys in the best position to succeed at a really high rate.

I don't mean this as a direct comparison, per se, but his calls remind me a lot of stuff we've seen from the Patriots over the years. They don't seem to do anything spectacular, but they just seem to play really disciplined, intelligent defense that seems to come up with exactly what's needed when its needed. Nothing jumps off the page about it, but it just works.

I've listened to RA for years. I've always known what he is and since he doesn't try to hide it, I've been fine with it and still am.

Lately, listening to him is like listening to someone that is in the middle of something else. It's like he's trying to get a splinter out of his hand while doing a radio show. Lots of umm, annnn, well, ummm. It's brutal.
