Does anyone else on this board feel like that Daugherty should take over for Adkison at Catcher.
Also I like a starting outfield of Thompson, Ehrhard, Bay from an offensive standpoint and end of game putting crull in left trenkle in center and ehrhard in right.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Daugherty is better fielder most of the time except Morrill has a slider that dives right before covering home plate that Daugherty struggle with. He made important play of passed ball that hit the wall and he caught it to tag out runner or run scoring. His hitting is better than Adkison now and he has more upside as he is a true frosh!!!

I know there are a bunch of big time Oklahoma state baseball fans on this board. So I have a question, if you go into the Postseason with Campbell, Osmond, Mederos as your top 3 pitchers. How would you guys set them up to pitch in a regional? This is under the assumption that your host so you would play a 4 seed in game one?

Based on the Osmond we’ve seen the last several weeks I’d probably go Osmond, then Campbell.

For World Series

Im not sure about Morrill in the first game. Has he shown the ability to go 5+ innings in a starters role? If he only lasts 3 inning we are going to burn our bullpen in game 1. Thats a hard no for me. Supers and WS i agree with you.

If we are hosting the regional we play the fourth seed the first day so best to save your Ace for game two against a two or third seed team. Morrill has a killer slider and if given a chance he could dominate as a starting pitcher.

A lot depends on the match up. If the 4 seed got to tourney because they have one shutdown starter and nothing else you might think twice

The MU coach used to be the SEMO HC. Two HBP to bring in two run so SEMO already making a pitching change. MU broadcast team has a female commentator.
