His dawg?? lmao now that's funny!!! He was praying Standlee bails out that lackluster bullpen. Has nothing to do with backs against the wall....more of lack of quality arms to maintain the lead. Again, he played with fire leaving him in..last week we got burned against TCU

Standlee is a bigtime Dawg

That's why he's a closer at 91-92, and can pitch in any role you give him.

And, yes, it has everything to do with our backs being against the wall

He's the closer b/c we have no one that can throw strikes. Cable or Kelly can't locate to save their lives. Standlee is a rotational guy

No it doesn't...yes we lost the series but at the same time we don't have a quality bullpen so we ride our starters..when you have 2-3 quality bullpen guys, you tend to ride the starters...which Rob has done.
