What would the USA do if a neighbor decided to lunch 100's of missiles at us? Would we sit idly by? I think Israel has show remarkable restraint in not totally flatting Gaza.

I find this whole cluster fascinating.

What would the USA do if the country was divided up as Palestine was in 1947? What would the USA do if the land we owned shrank at a similar % to Palestine over the next 50 years?

I'm sorry but it's time for Hamas to end...they launched over 400 missiles at Israel in the past day and a half...end this terror.
And some of those rockets even fell on their own people because their rocket systems are faulty.

This, while Israel uses precise targeting did only the places where the rockets are coming from, and they even warn Palestinians ahead of time so that they can clear the area and make sure that there are no extra casualties.

It ain’t over.

Perception, it seems, is that the US won’t back Israel in any conflict involving Palestinians. The folks in charge are obviously testing the waters. Simultaneously, if the US isn’t going to continue the DJT relation with Israel, then the Israelis don’t have to fight by the US’s rules. Gloves are off in both sides.

Accurate

Israel should do what they’re gonna do to protect themselves.

They always have, and I don’t have a problem with it.

Lol...So history for your map starts in 1897?
Israel map throughout history - YouTube
Fyi, the Kingdom of Israel was established in 1047 BC...Islam didn't even exist as a Religion until Mohammad started it in 610 AD...610 years after Christianity...and 2,000 plus years after Judaism.

Just some trivia in this "debate" over the holy land and who's it is...or isn't.
