Homecoming & Hopps would be a sold out helluva premier!!!! #PutEddieIn
Premiers are in Tulsa and OKC for those that donated enough But.. your idea is pretty awesome. It should be shown there too. It will be an awesome documentary.

I hope the film sufficiently touches on the plane crash and his guidance through that tough time.

From Guerin Emig's latest column...

Doug Gottlieb’s Eddie Sutton story at the Iba Awards last Monday night …

“He was a powerful man. We once flew into Missouri to take on one of his old rivals, Norm Stewart. It was stormy, late. We show up and we get done with practice and we go over to Olive Garden.

“The Olive Garden has stopped cooking food. Apparently there is no olive in the Olive Garden at, like, nine o’clock. We get there and we’re all sitting down. ‘Coach, there’s no food.’

“‘You go back there and you tell them Eddie Sutton and his boys are hungry. Make some spaghetti and some meatballs and get ‘em out here!’”

“You know what, it was almost like he was the coach of Missouri. He was back there directing people, and the next thing you know there’s pasta, there’s breadsticks and there’s salad and we ate.”
