Good to See BLM come out in favor if the Communist Regime this AM.

I think it was always clear they were a Marxist organization but some how even their clear and direct statements that they were Marxist got a hand waive from most...

Saw that. Not sure BLM saw the videos of troop trucks carrying people in plain clothes with protest signs and then arrest the people who came out to join them. Then again, maybe BLM did see that. Who knows? I sure know which side I’m on in this one.

I don't see any reason to think that the BLM Communist are different than any other communist in history.

You need to go look at their socialist love. Your lack of info makes it hard to take you seriously.
2018 Gallop Poll

57% of Democrats now view socialism positively

16% of Republicans view socialism positively

https://news.gallup.com/poll/240725/democrats-positive-socialism-capitalism.aspx

2019 PEW Poll

65% of Democrats view socialism positively
15% of Republicans view socialism positively

https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-ta...s-in-americans-views-of-socialism-capitalism/

It's not too difficult to see where the Democratic party is headed today.

Biden Just now meeting w/ Angela Merkel

"Communism is a failed system..universally failed system, and I don't see socialism as a very useful substitute."
I have to say, WOW! I suspect this will upset some of his followers but this obvious statement needs to be shouted from the roof tops. I give him credit for saying it.

I mean, if you really think that Joe Biden is a socialist because Tucker Carlson, Newsmax or some random person's blog told you so, you really should find another news source. The guy is a centerist neoliberal and has been so his entire career.

Hold on a minute...

Looking to see where I said he was a socialist...

Hmmm, Can't find it...

Maybe its in the post where I quoted Newsmax....

Oh wait, I can't seem to find that either....

Maybe it's because I said this would upset some of his followers?

It's not too difficult to see where the Democratic party is headed today.
So, the Republican mayor of Oklahoma City wants citizens to vote yes every 8 years to build new publicly-owned civic projects. The latest projects will cost nearly $1 billion. That is a lot of socialism. If citizens approve of it, as they always do, I see nothing wrong with that kind of socialism.

Medicaid is also socialism, but don't see most Republicans approving of it, because too many of their tax dollars go to sick and irresponsible people not worthy of it. Instead, they feel indigent medical care should be provided by private charities having been voluntarily given to.

I think most Americans support a system that makes use of both capitalism and socialism with Republicans wanting less socialism in the mixture.

I think he was a centrist and neoliberal. However he isn't in full control right now IMO and even if he is the one making final decisions i believe he is HEAVILY influenced by his far left progressive wing in his party.

This will upset his "followers" about as much as Trump's "Two Corinthians" comment upset evangelicals.

He panders just enough to them to keep their vote. Democrats treat the progressives pretty much identically to how Republicans treat the evangelicals. They do just enough to keep the votes in their pocket, that is it.

Not sure you're correct on just pandering. his $6 trillion 'infrastructure' deal is not exactly 'not progressive'

Biden says .. "Cuba is unfortunately a failed state and repressing their citizens."

"Communism is a failed system -- a universally failed system. And I don't see socialism as a very useful substitute. But that's another story."

The embargo on Cuba hasn't worked after many decades of it. It's time to try a new tactic. End the embargo. Our country has no trouble trading with other small communist countries, such as Vietnam and Laos. It led to political and economic reforms in those two countries to become considerably less isolated from world trade, especially Vietnam. If Cuba doesn't want to learn anything from Vietnam, then that's tough. North Korea is a big exception, due to its offensive missile threats, and embargoes should remain.

I’ll tell you what I know. I finally got a Cuban cigar and it was absolutely dismal.
