Thanks to @OSU9953 for pointing out that Aaron Fitt a was in Stillwater. A few more interesting notes from him.
Exciting to hear that McLean is continuing to develop and that Riggio looks legit. Also, as Phansalkar continues to recover from surgery it would be huge if he really takes that next big jump. Leeper obviously took a couple years to really get back, so hopefully Roman keeps working and has a big year.

Renewals notices were send out in email last week and upgrading process will be next. All season tickets were sold out but not sure if this included club level seats. Some Suites were not sold was my understanding. Seems Club Level we’re expensive as I was looking into Club Level when initial season ticket seat reservations happened.

Agreed. I couldn’t remember how much they were, and when I tried to check it would only give me the choice to renew. @CowboyPROUD I do know that the prices are supposed to be going up this year, so there might be some opportunities.

I went ahead and paid as for upgrading it said you had to pay or have a payment plan set up. We were supposed to be notified by email of our date and time for upgrading. I am hoping some good seats open up as some people only got seats to attend certain games the first year prior to being cancelled by the pandemic. I am now on the second roll and after sitting their the first year it seems higher up is actually better seats so I will probably move up ten rolls.

Thoughts about the fall thus far ... just random observations.
1) It appears they are heading toward a potential lineup of
Trenkle CF
Brown SS
McClean 3B
Doersching 1B
Mendham DH
Thompson LF
Miller-Green/Bay RF
Adkison C
Morrill 2B
a. Morrill makes the middle infield much better than the other candidates at this point, but has struggled offensively. I'd rather see him early and bring the young kids along over the season and see how it progresses.
b. Worried about Brown's arm strength from SS but has improved over the fall. Love his energy and offensive potential ... I think he can do it.
c. I think LF and RF are the biggest questions at this point positionally. Bay, Martin, Miller-Green, Thompson, Brown, etc all in the running based on who gives us the most offensively. Can sub defensively in late innings as needed.
d. Adkison seems to be the catcher. Daughtery definitely spells him at times and solid offensive potential.
e. Bay, Martin, Miller-Green, and Brown right- handed DH options to counter left-handed Mendham if they don't win LF/RF job.
2. As our pitching goes ........ so goes our season. It is the entire KEY. Not a novel concept, I know. Maybe several transfers can bring new life to the staff.
Weekend rotation
a. Campbell
b. Mederos
c. Marsh (Kentucky transfer, great outing Saturday in intersquad)
I have not personally seen Mederos just basing it on hearsay (yes, just speculation)
Phansalker, Davis, Ramsey, etc. Need strong years.
Trevor Martin needs to be dominate in closer role now that it is his role to take over.
No inside information, I'm not a know-it-all .... just excited for the season. Thats my take.

I like your predictions. Left field will be Jake Thompson. There is no way he is not in the lineup And there are other DH candidates. Mendham can DH v righties but should platoon with others against left handed starters. I switch Brown and Morril, partially based on experience but mostly because Morril has the strongest shortstop arm in college baseball.the freshmen offensive players have been impressive ( Erhart, Benge, Roc and others). I know you were not trying to list everyone but Osmond and Stone will challenge with Marsh for Sunday starter. We will have good mid week starters for sure and the bullpen looks stronger than prior years .

you could very well be right on that call. Roc takes pro type ABs and is an outstanding player. I also agree that Huey has to be way more productive offensively than last year, and far fewer strikeouts. That said, he is the best defensive shortstop we have. Lots of good problems (quality depth) from a managerial standpoint both offensively and on the mound
