Well, hate to see the Cowboys come up short. Hopefully they magically acquire some plate discipline and pitchers begin throwing strikes by next week.

Still can’t believe the number of pitchers that come into the game and cannot find the strike zone consistently.

TCU scored 39 runs in 4 games against the Pokes, the least being 8. Just a clear level above OSU this year. OSU scored plenty of runs--27 in 4 games--but just couldn't them out enough.

TCU stole 8 bases and received 11 walks tonight.

Overall a good week of baseball. Came up short with some predictable bad outings today from some of the lower pitchers on the staff but lots of good things on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Offense looked better, great to see Scott and Standlee back out there and pitching effectively.

Hoping for Ruston but expecting Fayetteville!

Scott and Standlee give optimism for next week. Need Scott and Campbell to have great starts to have a chance, wherever we go.

It is absolutely stupid the Cowboys are not hosting. That is so NCAA vs OSU.

Yeah if they announce host sites at the regular time we are probably one of them. Still not sure why they felt the need to announce 3 weeks ago.

RPI is now at 14. Technically, the #32 team would have to go to Fayetteville, if they really seeded it that way. If we get sent there, it would be a major screw job.

KSU's RPI is at #71, some say they are in. If they are, its based on the league's overall RPI.

TCU is an awful match up for us, especially in a 4th game of the tournament. They make pitchers work and when you get that far down staff that's going to equal lots of runs- so you better have a really good offense. We're just not on their level offensively.
