Injuries ruined her freshman year..and she needed a fresh start. She should do well at North Texas. Thought she would end up at Grand Canyon but obviously wanted to be closer to home.

Between cottrill gone and kenny striking out hard in the portal…rough off-season for cowgirl softball so far up to this point. Don’t be surprised to see Cottrill back in SEC country next season

If we can’t find a proven hitting coach, give me Shippy. She deserves to be a full time paid staff member. Don’t know if she’s ready for it but you just never know!!

So does Julia Cottrell stay now ? Still wonder where Hobson,Evans, Petty all end up, and hoping for some good news from the portal soon. Ou gets the pitcher from Michigan, the ss from Asu, and all were hearing is crickets chirping. Still, I'm trusting in Kenny, but some good news would be nice.

If Julia Cottrill goes back to SEC country next season…would that mean she has to sit out and lose a yr of eligibility?

I haven’t paid attention to the coaching staff. I’ve been looking up for any news about the portal.

I wasn’t happy with the batting this season. Specially changing up their swings to flatten them out. It hurt us more than it helped. But the players has part of the blame too.

I could be wrong since she already transferred once, if she transfer again then she has to sit out and lose a yr of play.

As for the others, I haven’t heard anything at all
