So what’s the odds on us dropping in the polls next week even though we don’t have a game?

It’s possible. I’d say it’s more likely that we move up than down. The winner of the Ol Miss / Arkansas game might jump us but there are a couple In front of us that may slide down. If we drop it’s just because a team below us earned a more impressive win.

if Texas Beats OU I could see them jumping us and having a top 15 matchup in Austin.

I would put Georgia at #1 over Abalama, they definitely have the better performances in their wins.

I'm not sure we should #12 just yet, but at the same time I'm not sure who you would move ahead of us. I'll take being #12 and be happy about it.

I can definitely see Texass beating OU next Saturday. OU has looked far from dominating and Texass has looked really good aside from the Piggies game.

I really hope we get a year with OU, Texass, Cincinnati, BYU, UCF, and Houston all in the league at the same time. It will make for some exciting games.

At this point in the season, it doesn’t really matter. It’s almost like it’s set up for Texas to stay in the rankings even if they lose to UO so it’s still a top 25 matchup when they play the Pokes.

We really haven’t shown anything impressive yet, doing just enough to win won’t win you any hearts or minds, just keep winning and we will see where we are at the end

It’s ironic really. Going 5-0 is impressive. Beating two Top25 teams is impressive. Adapting to all of the injuries is impressive. Our defense is impressive. The only thing not impressive is one side of the scoreboard.

IMO, Jim Knowles needs a huge pay raise, and the entire offensive side needs completely new staff.

Bigger jump than I thought. I figured they wouldn't drop Arkansas, Ole Miss, or Notre Dame too far due to "quality losses". I'll take a 7 spot jump to being in the top 12 in the country with a smile on my face.
