    2023 outlook

Justin Fuente... maybe. Rockstar at Memphis. Very meh at VTech, but don't know if he ever had the recruits... possibly a better O-coordinator than Head Coach. Just spit ballin.

    Yellowstone

For a second there I thought Jamie was gonna take Beth out with his Durango! There's some MAJOR friction going on between these two... but it's almost getting old. Like I want John to step in and say "cut the sh*t, or GTFO!"

    Tulsa King... (More Taylor Sheridan)

Episode 3 was the best thus far... and looks like the upcoming episodes are gonna be even better. Still loving Stallone's character.

    Mass Shooting(s)

Yup. Definitely now an assault weapon.

    Mass Shooting(s)

Yeah, remember this Uncle Joe that stated you only need a pump-action shotgun. He’s an idiot when it come to firearms. Or it’s dementia.

    Mass Shooting(s)

Sure reads like this guy should have never been able to purchase or had access to firearms. Red flag laws should have stopped this one. Buuuut did the grandson of a state politician get "preferential treatment" and charges dropped on a, what looks to be a pretty serious bomb threat? And we...

    Mass Shooting(s)

Understand that. BUT long rifles were NEVER banned. That's the thing, there are many semi-automatic long rifles on the market... TONS. AND they are not AR-15 "style". But the second you put a different stock or grip on it or some sights or anything to make it LOOK LIKE an AR... it's...

    Gundy

They weren't "bad". Sure they gave up yardage and scores... but damn they were opportunistic and did get a lot of takeaways. Many times when we very much needed them. They damn sure were a serviceable unit that absolutely would have kept us in the game with anybody that year.

    Gundy

I get all the Sutton/Gundy comparisons... but just gotta throw this in here, not in defense of Gundy, just I feel it has been overlooked. BUT... I will go to my deathbed, adamant that oSu would have won the 2011 National Championship had given the opportunity to play for it... straight up or...

    Mass Shooting(s)

This is odd. Typically there's a pretty big difference between guns categorized as "long rifles" and "AR-15-style semiautomatic weapon(s)". I'm finding quite a few articles that just categorize it as a "long rifle" and just a handful that state it was a "AR-15" and I haven't found any that...

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Well the Hummer is staying true to it's roots. LOL. As much as $100 to fully charge... and getting approx 12 mpg (equivalent). https://www.thedrive.com/news/charging-a-gmc-hummer-ev-to-100-can-cost-you-over-100 Gawd I hope this isn't the same platform as the Silverado EV that's coming...

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Good points... I just know that if Jeep had the Gladiator 4xe model out right now, it'd definitely be on my "short list" of vehicles to go test drive for my next vehicle purchase. The diesel Gladiator already is (basically for the tow capacity). ALSO I applaud Jeep for not slapping a $10-15k...

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Those are phenomenal vehicles! The Jeep Wrangler 4xe... Not the Prius. Ewww... ugly. Great tech, but good gawd sooooooo ugly. But your point is WAY VALID! It does feel like we are skipping a step not creating more hybrids. Again, the Jeep 4xe is an incredible "middle ground".

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Yeah but while the ol hot rod is plugged into the grid, you can whiz in THE CLEANEST restrooms in the land AND chow down on some Beaver Nuggets and smoked brisket. ;) Sh*t, that's worth the drive. See you next week. Bring turkey... and beer. *Buc-ees installing all kinds of EV chargers...

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

No. But I was being snarky towards the current vehicle market in general... not just EV's. I actually do want an EV... in the future. Love the Rivian's and the new EV Silverado and Hummer... but just not dumb enough to pay current asking prices on these models. I LOL'ed hard at this one...

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

$57k is the current avg annual US salary... meaning, a large majority of the US is priced out of the EV market, new or used. BUT, they aren't priced out of the used ICE market. And that's what they will continue to buy because sadly, that's all they can afford.

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Good. I'll be dead. Or at least not driving by then.

Death of the Internal Combustion Vehicle

Then lets us Dave Ramsey's rule of thumb. Never more than 1/2 of your annual salary. So affordable at that salary would be $28,500.
