    Youngest Cowgirl in recorded history.

Long time member and former poster, but mostly a lurker for the last 2-3 years. Bachelor's and Master's degrees from OSU, worked for OSU for 30 years and my daughter has her B.S., Master's and PhD from OSU, so the Cowboy DNA runs deep in our family, as you will see in the image below. Soon to be...

    Show Us Your Bags (Cornhole)

I've had 3 spinal surgeries (two fusions), both shoulders surgically repaired (left shoulder needs another one) and have broken both ankles twice apiece. Cornhole is a great game for washed up skeletons like mine who had to put the golf clubs up. Personally, I never cared for any game that...

    Show Us Your Bags (Cornhole)

In my newfound retirement, I am afraid that pickleball would require too much physical exertion.

    Show Us Your Bags (Cornhole)

Your comprehension skills are lacking if you think I "compared", in the literal sense, my t-shirt to plexiglass. Granite and steel, for example, are very bullet resistant, but not commonly marketed as so. Well proven fact that many self-defense ammunition loads, such as hollow points, are...

Technically, air is "bullet resistant", so any article of clothing would be also, either more or less.

My t-shirt is bullet "resistant". That does not mean bullet "proof". I would assume that plexiglass would be used with blanks and other types of non-lethal ammunition, as a precaution.

    Morel Mushrooms

Timbered areas along creeks. I particularly like those with dead/stressed elms and sycamore trees. Has to be the right day; a day or two early and you won't think they grow there.

    Whiskey Talk

Most liquor stores are pricing BT @ 2-4 x suggested retail. I found a small town liquor store with liter bottles for $35. I bought 5 of them. Also recently scored a Weller Full Proof for $69.99. I have seen it at secondary for $400+.
