It does nothing to shut down that idea. What it mainly does is stop New York from arbitrarily allowing or disallowing gun ownership based on someone "proving" they have a need.
The problem is Stillwater isn't on a mainline track, it is a spur and a pretty long spur at that. Cushing is the pipeline crossroads of America, there are a ton of pipelines that go through Cushing.
I was going to recommend Payne County also. I haven't personally used them, but my cousin did. They were nearly half the price of Nate's and had a date available much earlier. They did a great job with the actual tree removal and the cleanup afterwards.

Also the way they control who is on the ballot. I believe it was after the 1992 election when they made it virtually impossible for a 3rd party candidate to even get on the ballot and also eliminated the write-in.
