According to Yahoo! Sports' Pat Forde, "the 25-school list, which is a five-year average of the Learfield Cup standings for Power Five conferences is updated through this just-concluded season. Which means 2012-13 data is out, and 2017-18 data is in."

If you can believe it, OSU isn't ranked. Last year, First in Golf, second in wrestling, etc. not ranked!

# 25 Washington - "Yahoo! Sports: "Top 2017-18 sports: rowing, softball. Trajectory: Down. The Huskies are going the wrong way, going from 14th to 22nd to 29th over the past three years. Winter sports were low scorers, but women’s sports remain strong in many areas." Give me a break.

We have less sports than most power 5 programs and our women's sports are pretty mediocre outside of tennis right now... so it's tough to argue even though we do have a very well-rounded program.

Agree. Learfield Cup is based too much on number of sports. Those California schools with large enrollments and a ton of sports are always at the top.
