Why were there empty seats today?

Because we all knew Bob Simmons was only going to run his son up the middle. We're protesting.

It looked pretty full except for Baylor's section. If Baylor brought the same number of fans as most Big 12 teams we would have set a record.

I wish we would sell those unsold tickets at the window for a cheaper price. Don't let them go unused, that's a waste.

I have a kid on the way and need to save every penny.

That's my excuse anyway.

I was very disappointed in the attendance today. An undeafeted top 10 team at home for homecoming coming off a huge win and we were not even close to filling up our stadium.

The team has stepped it up it is time for the fans to do the same.

I bet some are still "waiting to see how we do" at Texas...

There were 10,000 fans outside the stadium hanging out during the game..

some of these people would have went if they could have gotten a $40 ticket, but most of these types are the ones who go more for the social aspect and wouldn't have gone in if given a free ticket.

It is really hard to get excited about Baylor no matter how good we're doing. We still managed to get 50,080 inside, so I'm satisfied. That's about 25,000 more than a lot of people were predicting this summer.

The Baylor section looked like 100 corporate seats for John Deere.

People were predicting 25,000?
