Unbelievable. because other students could take the sham classes then it made the whole scheme ok...

“While student-athletes likely benefited from the courses, so did the general student body,” said SEC commissioner Greg Sankey, the panel’s chief hearing officer. “Additionally, the record did not establish that the university created and offered the courses as part of a systemic effort to benefit only student-athletes.”

Read an article months ago on this & was absolutely amazed at how vehemently this secretary/assistant defended the process. She was flat out defiant & incredulous that anyone would even question their methods.

I know every school's got easy classes, but this seems like the blueprint on how to institute them, imo.
