Job Description
This position provides Tier II technical support on end-point technology for identified user areas and field locations. Provides Tier III support for complex end-point issues not resolved by Tier II. Liaisons with Help Desk to provide procedures/processes for resolving user issues at Tier I. Assists other team members as needed on upgrade/maintenance of end-point architecture and other projects as needed.
