I'm with ocasio-cortez on this one... good thing the democrats passed that law so that FDR could not run for office AGAIN. (as if he lived in Chicago).
The only problem with that is the amendment wasn't even approved by congress for two years after FDR had already died. It was ratified 4 years after that.

shhh.... don't tell Townie, he's only happy when the "Democrats" get to have way too many terms - it's not acceptable for a Republican to have more terms that Townie determines is appropriate (as is with all rules, laws and procedures in Townie's view - their only good if they favor his cause - at that moment).

(BTW - that's why I made the "Chicago" reference, since they're known for having dead people vote, perhaps a dead person from Chicago could also run for president). To emphasize the point, and make AOC look even more absurd, FDR actually died while in office. Not only could he not run again, because he was dead, but he couldn't even finish his term.
