The woman died a few days ago. The male has since regained consciousness. His name is Charlie Rowley

Met police confirmed today that at Rowley's house they found a small bottle during their search and it tested positive for the nerve agent Novichok

Police are now trying to find where the bottle came from and why it was in Rowley's home and it will be tested to see if it was the same batch that was used on ex Russian Spy Skripal and his daughter.

May have found the person responsible for all the poisonings.

Maybe...from what I'm reading...he and the woman who died had been dating for a while and both were heavy drug users and were known to the police because of their run ins with them over drugs. Police at first thought they had both OD'ed on recreational drugs when the first found them.

Not sure a couple of drugged out folks would be going after a former Russian spy and his daughter unless they were paid to do so...or just accidentally stumbled upon a dangerous nerve agent thinking it was drugs?

Where else except from Russians would he get a bottle of Russian nerve agent? Tweakers will do anything for a high. Usually when one finds the murder weapon one finds the murderer. Maybe a hapless pair of dupes. If Ruskies gave it to them they did so knowing they would likely die from the poison themselves.
