The Senate voted today 54-41 to terminate Trump's National Emergency declaration at the Southern Border which will stop the diversion of military funds from the DoD to pay for construction of the wall.

It won't stop the diversion of funds. The Senate needs a 2/3 majority vote to avoid having he measure vetoed by Trump. This is just grandstanding.
correct. thats what they voted for in favor of today..end the national emergency and end the DoD diversion of funds based on that National Emergency. Trump can Veto it. That veto can be over ridden with a 2/3 majority vote but I doubt that will happen.

who are "they" ? 11 Senate Republicans voted to end it with the Democrats on this...that is 21% of Senate Republicans voting against this measure
Where was I unclear? I've said all along that the establishment Reps don't like Trump any more than the Dems do. Those Reps may not say it themselves but they don't mind giving the Dems the ammo.

I predict when the president vetos this, the media will go on a week long tirade about how this violates the separation of powers even though it clearly does not.
