Watching the AAF opener tonight and I'm curious what OSU alumni are playing in the league. Anyone significant or in significant roles?

Watching the San Diego-San Antonio game last night, it got me wondering about the rosters & how they came about. I think I counted at least 4 CU Buffs from the Alamo Bowl team in '15.

Most of the rosters are determined by region. Players were assigned a team based on either their college or last nfl team. For some reason OSU is salt lake.

Yup, this. The Memphis team has a ton of Tennessee and LSU players, among others. It's mostly SEC guys and smaller southern schools. Trent Richardson plays for the Birmingham team, of course.

Big 10 and Big 12 players are able to choose which team they want as they do not fall into any of the regions. Unless they were in the NFL earlier, where they are assigned based on that region.
