Can you guys help me out? Unfortunately, I am having an argument with college buddies and i haven't been able to google the answer.

I feel like this is about 80% there but new memories have knocked old memories off the shelf.

1999 - Sinbad, Faith Hill (Headliner)

2000 - Damon Waynes (MC), ???, Collective Soul (Headliner)

2001 - Sinbad (MC), Ben Folds, Bare-naked Ladies (Headliner)

2002 - Kevin Nealon (MC), Better than Ezra, Blues Traveler (Headliner)

2003 - David Spade (MC), Venessa Carlton, Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls (Headliner)

I can't remember who the 2000 ??? was... maybe Sister Hazel.

I am also questioning a few and i think am mixing some 2001 and 2002 up.

'98 was Collective Soul and Damon Waynes. Stillwater was not ready for Damon Waynes.

'99 was Sinbad and Faith Hill. I had to work and was bummed that I would miss it. Everyone else did too.

Aren't you missing one? Jeff Foxworthy as comedian and was it Blackhawk that performed?

I remember Damon Wayon being hilarious after he got away from the family friendly jokes. As a college student, I loved it but probably wasn’t for everyone.
