Seaboard Corporation is based out of Shawnee Mission KS and operates a pork processing plant in the Oklahoma panhandle has agreed to settle with ICE and the state of Oklahoma for $1 million. The money will be split between ICE and the Okla AG office.

The company allegedly employed illegal workers from 2007 to 2012 and Seaboard did not required them to complete employment eligibility forms. ICE also claims the company allowed these employees to enroll in a company private health insurance plan and these employees submitted health claims to the Oklahoma Medicaid Program during their time employees by the company

ICE said Seaboard cooperated during their investigation and has implemented compliance measures to stop this in the future.

Seems like considering their profits over that time period , they're getting off cheap.

Chump change. Until these company executives start spending time in prison, this stuff will continue. They should also have to pay back monies to Medicaid.
