Bill Snyder might be one of the best Big XII coaches ever. The Wildcats are undefeated. The OSU offense might not be working as well as we'd like it, since 2011 spoiled us rotten. It might even be a little cold later in the game.

But you don't just bring your second choice QB into Boone Pickens Stadium against this defense and walk out with a win, EMAWs. Look on the bright side, though: the bruises your QB will get from his interactions with #38 will match your darker uniform color nicely.

Go Pokes! Beat Kansas State!

For the record, their game notes are a good read. This one in particular is probably known, but worth noting here:

• Head coach Bill Snyder currently has 190 career victories, which are 151 more than any other coach in program history.
That's insane.

I thought it might say more than all the other coaches combined

The last time the Cats won in Stillwater was 1999. The Cowboys are on a 4 game winning streak against KSU at home. The Cowboys are 5-3 in their last 8 meetings. They are 20-8 at home in the series. They are 37-21 in the series which started in 1917. The two teams have never played to tie. The Cowboys won 11 straight (1947-1962) and 6 straight twice (1984-1989 and (1972-1977)) and the Wildcats won 9 straight (1990-2002).

It's amazing to me how he does so much without great talent. In his 23 years at KSU, he's had only two 1st round draft picks. In Gundy's 10 years at OSU, he's had six 1st round draft picks. I think Gundy is a terrific coach, but what Snyder has done is incredible.

With that said, our future 1st round pick (#38) is going to terrorize the Mildcats. Go Pokes!

I see where in the 2015 oSu Media Guide it has the series differently than Stassen. I wonder who is right.

"Series History OSU leads, 37-24"
It seems that the 1908, 1909, and 1911 games are disputed.

I'm fine with omitting them, since they won all three by a combined score of 60-10. :D

Apparently Mays is getting redshirted because he wasn't as good coming straight in as the coaches hoped. One more season in the system and with coach Glass should help that.
