For the NIT, the higher seed/home team won EVERY SINGLE FIRST ROUND GAME. Literally. Zero upsets. That is just bonkers.

Edit: It appears the lone exception is 5 seed Washington beating 4 seed Boise State. Still pretty crazy.

Great to see that it is a 6pm game.

We had nearly 6,000 at the Florida Gulf Coast game for 8pm start.

Hoping we can get up to 8,000 this Monday with the earlier start???

BTY, crowds have been way down so far for most of the NIT games.

Baylor, with a 6pm start, drew less than 2,000 for their opening round game in Waco.

We feed off of crowds. Even in front of hostile crowds, we tend to play our best.

That's only a higher seed exception - that game was played at Washington because Boise is hosting NCAA games.

LOL! Yeah, I noticed that. So all of the higher seeds may not have won, but all the home teams did. LOL!!! Considering it was a 4 vs a 5, I think changing the location effectively reverses the seeds.

Living in the OKC metro, 6 pm games are terrible! We are fortunate in that I can take off work early, but you still have to rush up there to make tip off. For people who have to work until 5 pm, those 6 pm games are impossible. Plus, the students will be gone for spring break. I was hoping for a Friday night game, but no such luck. The FGCU crowd was small but very vocal. I thought that game was a lot of fun.

How do we match up with Stanford?
I know literally nothing about their team...
They don't handle pressure well, slow getting back on defense and not tremendous at free throws. That said, at least 2 or more will have season and/or career highs against us.
But I think we'll win easy.
