Have a potential example of who you would be talking about?
As far as states go, you can see some in the south (Virginia, Georgia) shifting left. I assumed maybe Kentucky but reading this thread the gubernatorial race may have been a one off. There's been a lot of spin here about it but if the Republican sucked and the Democrat was ok hats off to the voters of the state for putting partisanship aside and picking a more qualified candidate.

I get so sick of this new trend of never conceding close races. Both parties have pretty much made it a standard practice now. You got beat, do the right thing and concede damnit
To be fair, the candidate may be so schocked that she just gets hammered & can't put out a coherent concession until the next day.

Sounds crazy, I know.
