I'm not confident that Gundy can right this ship and I haven't felt this way in a long, long time. BUT, (I like big buts and I cannot lie) if I'm going to lie and be dishonest I can sip on the Kool-Aid the color of the morning sun.

Honest:
OSU 31
ISU 43

Dishonest:
OSU 34
ISU 31

Turn over the ball and we get beat pretty bad, like 42 - 27
Don't turn it over and we win on the road, like 42 - 38

It's that simple...we have better and more athletic players but they have to hold on to the ball.

this.

Turnovers (Sanders) is the reason pokes are where they are. D hasn't been great, but you don't win games when you turn it over as much as he has. Fix that and this season can be salvaged.

Hoping for the opposite
ouch.

Honest (head): ISU 42 OSU 31
Dishonest (heart): OSU 38 ISU 35

I anticipate losing this game because ISU is clicking right now, we aren’t. But I really want to see Sanders making progress. Anticipating coverage, working though his progression, limiting bad decisions and turnovers. I can live with that, even if we lose.

I didn't have high expectations for this game. I thought ISU would win by 14 to 17 points. So happy I was wrong, I'm going to have a tall cold glass of orange Kool-Aid. Not putting the orange sunglasses on though.
