More on Cohen's Taxi cab business entanglements emerges. It is being reported that Cohen owned an estimated 34 taxi medallions at one point

Cohen inherited most of it from his wife's parents. His father-in-law Fima Shusterman was involved in a major taxi scandal in 1993 and plead guilty to structuring money transactions to get around legal reporting requirements and had endorsed a $38,000 check in 1993 for Harold Wapnick who was a tax preparer with a known reputation of helping taxi drivers avoid paying taxes and he was convicted of tax evasion.

Cohen assumed ownership of 5 companies his father in law had financed or formed via medallions but later sold his stake in them to his business partner Simon Garber and those businesses were later hit with a $1.6 million fine for running a scheme that allowed the company to steal drivers wages.

While Cohen told CNN he was not happy that his home, office, and hotel room were raided by the FBI, he said the agents were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of him and said he thanked them when they concluded their search.

Trump is bad for criticizing and threatening to negate the Iran nuclear deal.
Trump is bad for having a pissing contest with North Korea and risking war.
Trump is bad for getting into a trade war with China.

When this story first broke Lindsey Graham was railing against Mueller and the FBI and saying they were going after Trump and overstepping

Last night...not so much.....I wonder what he knows now he didn't know then. Could it be that Cohen is a dirty dirty rat and deserved this and broke some laws and this has nothing to do with Mueller and Russia at all and the FBI was doing their job correctly?

You can't be a capitalist and an autocrat at the same time. For capitalism to flourish you have to have a free population that can produce on their own terms. Socialism on the other hand requires strong central control. You need to pull your head out of the socialist fog it appears to be in.

Look what is happening in the democratic socialism (whatever that is) in the UK. The socialist are stripping people of their rights by the minute to deal with an immigration problem they created. That's what socialist do. Create problems so they have an excuse to take away freedoms.

That quote is incomplete and omits perhaps its most important phrase.

“To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture."
― Thomas Paine, The American Crisis

Yes. I searched for the quote as posted to eliminate the religious component that I thought irrelevant to my intent.
