You have no concept of complex issues, do you? You act like all of these are mutually exclusive, but they’re not.

Did it ever cross your brain that maybe I was better in 2016 than I was in 2008? I lost my business in 2008. I was in a world of hurt. The stress was so overwhelming, it put me in the hospital. God provided an opportunity that got us out of our hole and out of debt in a relatively short period of time. So, based on your theory, I should vote for Biden because while he was VP I turned my financial situation around.

How is it pathetic to vote against a candidate whom you have no respect for, and no trust in? I think he is a danger to our democracy. But I should vote for him, because he is part of Club Elephant? THAT would be pathetic.

Nobody is suffering because of Trump? Tell that to the loved ones of nearly 220,000 Americans. Among others.

I hate to break it to you, but you’re wrong on every front. At least you’re consistent in that way.
So, God provided you an opportunity and you are giving credit to Obama and Biden. Dude, your words, not mine. I never implied anything to the sort. But I am not just talking financially. There are a litany of reasons why MOST AMERICANS have had their station in life improved over the past four years. Not my word. EVERY poll that is out there shows the rankings in the 60th+ percentile.

I do not vote for a man, I vote for the policies of which he represents. Again, you cannot get over your myopic hatred of him. Being part of "club elephant" represents the ideologies you yourself stated you aspire to. Instead, you want to vote for someone who will give handout after handout after handout with no way to pay for it and no way to implement it without gouging every taxpaying citizen. He represents pandering. Cause du jour and nothing else. If nothing else convinces you he is nothing more than a pandering buffoon, he has now stated for the record he thinks EIGHT-YEAR-OLDS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT TRANSGENDER SURGERY!!!! Who in the world says that? That is not just morally wrong, it is downright sick.

He claims to have the backs of blacks but is more known for legislation that put the clamps on hundreds of thousands of them. He is unhinged and quite frankly, a doddering fool being danced like a puppet by his handlers. If you cannot see that, you intentionally do not want to see that.

As for your last paragraph, let us just clarify that 220,000 Americans have NOT dies due to CV-19. Period. Patently false and you know it. All death-impending illnesses were summarily swept under the rug if a person had the virus. They died because of their other illnesses and you know it. Overt cases have been reported to be approximately 1/3 of the reported cases now. Sort of in the news, you should read it. But that is only the overt cases of false reporting.

Every year according to the CDC, 2 million people age 65 and older die in the US due to heart disease, cancer and respiratory illness. Look it up. These are by and large, the exact same people that coronavirus is taking from us. Suck? Absolutely as they all may have had a little more time with loved ones or on this Earth in general, but it is time to call it like it is.

Second, Trump or nobody else is responsible for a single death. It is a virus and it is going to be spread despite our best efforts. You honestly think if masks were worn earlier that the death count would be significantly lower? No way. There are thousands of anecdotal cases of mask-wearing people who get it. BTW, he did what was recommended to him by the powers that be. The same people that would have advised anyone else. It is ludicrous and disingenuous to blame Trump. Again, you know that.

Got it, Donald Trump is against the filing of frivolous lawsuits, because he doesn’t want to waste the court’s resources.

I’m assuming you believe Baylor football never had a rape problem as well. By the way, interesting book about Donald Trump and lawsuits. Kind of interesting those 25 lawsuits shouldn’t be heard, but the 3500 lawsuits filed by a failed casino owner are all legitimate?
Never said anything even remotely like this. His attackers, to a person, have no evidence other than they said it happened. None. The Baylor crap, evidence out the wazoo. See the difference?

OK. So now it’s clear to me you are just trolling.
So, God provided you an opportunity and you are giving credit to Obama and Biden. Dude, your words, not mine.
Here are my words:
So, based on your theory, I should vote for Biden because while he was VP I turned my financial situation around.
You know I was referring to your “simple question.”
Simple question.

Are you better off now than you were in 2016?

If yes, why would you ever vote for Biden?

If no, I can tell you you are in the minority, but if so, by all means vote for something different.
So, according to YOUR theory, not mine, I should vote for Biden.

Hope that clears things up. Troll away.

I want folks on this board to take note...that is Newport Beach California. After watching that please don't think of Californian's as being in lock step with one another on politics ever again. No matter who you vote for in this election, I want you to realize that just because California is mostly blue, it doesn't mean it's gone forever and can swing back in the future. End of PSA...Thank you.

It is not an oversimplification when the left blames Trump for every ill that comes their way.
Well that's 2 different things. I will say my memory must be pretty cloudy because all the revisionist history types are telling me our country was falling apart even before covid.

I’ve always found this simplification odd. You don’t find it extremely sad that people tie their well-being to one person, in this case the president?
It's not one person, it's an administration. Rules, regulations, and even laws aren't written by those who are elected.

By the way...nobody is suffering because of trump. That is a fallacy. As you yourself stated in #1, we are all responsible for our own station in life. Again, you are contradicting your own position.
When someone makes a statement that someone is suffering, ask for a name. I doubt they have one.

Although in this case Hillary, Biden, Kerry, and others are suffering relative to where they where 4 years ago raking in the cash from international shake downs.

FYI - people won’t take you seriously if you actually believe this malarkey. The data is out there. These are additional deaths. If Covid didn’t kill these people, there’s something else creating a statistical anomaly, as excess mortality is up since the virus hit.
