Just for the record I agree Acosta is an egotistical assho!e. Of course he has nothing on Trump in that regard. Not to mention it was a fair question. You create and promote a racist commercial then spout outright lies, then someone should.call you on it. Then to compound all of that idiocy with more lies about him putting his hands on that woman as the reason for pulling his pass just makes them look like the amateurs they are.
Too bad. Trump is president. Acosta is a turd that has no rights to White House access.

You socialists turn every comment Trump makes into racism. That shit don't fly any more. Try something else.

I am card carrying capitalist. A conservative who has been a Republican for the majority of my life. I'm just not in denial about our current president being a POS who created and promoted a racist commercial.

Boy do I hope you're wrong.
Consider the last three or four Presidents and let me know which one you feel was morally superior?

* the guy who had sex with the intern in the Oval Office using both his cigars and others instruments?
* the guy(s) who did coke in college? One who had problems putting words together and the other who arrogantly seemed to blame our country for the world's woes?
* OR the guy who bragged about "grabbing em by the Pussy"?

I'd say none of them...are superior in the moral category.

Point being, superior morality hasn't been a big winner in our national elections for POTUS in a while now. Sad truth is that it never has been. What I think we should prefer is the guy who get's the least done (yes the least) unless it's something that relaxes the burdens on Americans (i.e. tax cuts, reforms of onerous laws, protections of the weak). Otherwise the feds just aren't suppose to do all that much...Yet we are SOOO obsessed with them. Go figure...

There is a big difference between making mistakes you know are wrong and what Trump is. It may show signs of weak morals in the former, although in the latter it shows complete lack of them. Trump is a narcissist on an non-measurable scale who makes up for it with a low IQ.

I don’t get the defense of Acosta. It’s right there on video. What he did was inappropriate and unprofessional. He didn’t injure the women so it’s not like a crime was committed, but clearly an apology is in order and a promise to behave better in the future. If he did that then he should get his access back and be put on a zero tolerance policy. But him denying what he did and trying to play the victim means to me his access should stay revoked. Own what you did and be an adult about it.

The difference between this and Trump is we’ve never seen any visual evidence of him assaulting women. Just because there is a tape of a private conversation of him bragging about what women let him do doesn’t mean that he assaults women. When a video comes out of him assaulting a woman we can cross that bridge but for now it’s irrelevant.

I've also never seen any visual evidence of Trump being an adult and owning what he has done. Why can't we just conclude that both of them acted like grandstanding little kids and be done with it. I don't get why we have to take a side.

I've never seen anything from Obama or Bush that I would call immoral. You can question policy or competency and no one will ever agree, but both seem to be good fathers and husbands from all I can gather. That's a pretty good measuring stick for morality in my book, as both of those jobs can be tough and are supremely important.

What did you see from Trump that was immoral?

While Acosta being a jack ass should get his pass revoked, it is not right for the WH to share a doctored video of the event to try to support their reason for revoking his pass.

Huge crap show from both sides here
Was it doctored? I saw the side by side frame that some people, were tweeting about claiming it was doctored. But it looked the same to me. Only difference to me was one was zoomed in.

Did it look different to you? If so, what was difference?

Yes, it was doctored. They've been caught altering several WH transcripts where Trump's made asinine statements as well.

And there are other “experts” claiming the only change appears to be zooming. I wouldn’t call zooming in doctoring the video.

I watched the video from the CNN claim it was “edited”. They had videos side by side. It looked the same to me. So again, what is different?

EDIT: I just watched the two videos side by side again...several times. Using my own expert eyes, there is no doctoring of the video. I at first thought this would backfire for the WH. But WH is most likely correct here. Strongly appears this doctoring claim may be fake news designed to move disgust from Acosta to the WH.

I mean the article I linked to is the AP (interesting you didn't link to your "experts"). They brought in a professional in video production who is using professional video editing equipment to compare the two clips frame by frame. There's a four minute clip of him explaining how the footage was altered, but if you want to fall back on the fake news argument that's cool.
