The earthquake was three miles deep, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A 2.6 magnitude quake four miles north of Spencer was registered just after 5:40 a.m. and a 2.7 magnitude quake four miles northwest of Jones was registered just after 7 a.m.

Then at about 9:20 a.m., a fourth earthquake was felt near Spencer again. This time, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake was registered four miles northwest of Spencer.

Sooooo... these things aren't going to go away (so I've heard/read).

So who all here has earthquake insurance in Oklahoma? OR who all here is considering it?

I have it, but you pretty much have to have catastrophic damage to make a claim. Still... Just in case.

Talked to my insurance agent.

It looks like a 15% deductible and does NOT cover brick/stone veneer. Cost was around $90/year to add it to my current policy.

Hmm...
