I was reading on how they mark a person as "recovered" in Oklahoma. If you haven't been hospitalized or died within 14 days of your test then you are counted as recovered
I read that as well. Still wondering how that classify a daily Covid-19 death which didn't occur within the past 24-hours.

This thing follows a weekly pattern. Monday is always under reported and Tuesday is the big day.
