All the Padron 1964s are excellent. Didn't I see 3000 in your humidor? For around $110 a box, they are the best value going, in my opinion only.
Yeah, they all good. Been stocking up on some Anjeo's since they came out the last month.

Tonight I took advantage of the beautiful weather and had a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Torpedo and a few glasses of Laphroaig quarter cask. It was a great smoke and I'm ready for Monday.

Where is a good cigar shop in the Broken Arrow area? I'll be up next weekend and I'd like to pick up 4-5 cigars.

Any particularly good or bad humidor brands? I just need a small one. ~$40 ish. Need to grab some cigars, I kinda stopped for a while. I'm not a big smoker (once and month maybe) but would like to have 4-5 to chose from at my place when I need them.

Trying to get some recommendations for Saturday.

I like Romeo Y Juietas & Acid

Did not like a Cohiba I got once.

Other than that I'm pretty clueless.

Any recommendations?

Humidor is "seasoning" until Friday with a seasoning pack of ~80% humidity. I supposed I take that out and I bought a 72% humidity pack to throw in there after it is done seasoning to keep the humidity up. Is this the correct line of thinking (the box came with a humidifier)

I also have a hydrometer but I have no clue how to calibrate the damn thing. The instructions with it only tell me one way. And I have to order some special calibrating kit.

Hell, it is probably close enough right now. Otherwise you can use the salt method. A properly humidified cigar will have some "spring" to it, and definitely not "crackle" when you squeeze it. If they are too wet, they don't burn properly. That pack will probably keep everything in the ballpark. I keep my gars in an Army surplus ammo case lined with cigar box cedar, and a cheapo "Big Easy" gel/ball humidifier. Works great for 2 years now, and I don't have a meter. Be careful with poorly sealed humidors, though. They can be a huge pain to keep hydrated.

Man its been awhile. BUMP!

I just ordered this:

http://www.thompsoncigar.com/product/AGING-ROOM-10-CIGAR-COMBO/92161.uts?cm_vc=10621

I have been looking for a torch lighter and a bigger humidor. So I'm pretty much getting 10 cigars for free with this deal. (Not sure about the quality of "Aging Room" but I thought this might be a pretty good starter pack for some.)

I also added some quality smokes to my order:

Montecristo White Label Especiale No. 3 Connecticut Corona
Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Robusto Connecticut
