Seattle apparently wants to be the experiment.

As whacky as the people are up there, I still always thought Seattle was the prettiest city I've ever been to. It's a shame to think what's coming. That place is going to look like Stalingrad during the winter of 1943 within a generation.

We'll see. I still think the larger group of people with something to lose will eventually be heard and the changes will be cosmetic and designed to give the appearance of radical change.

Correct. I and many other logical thinking people would assume there needs to be some kind of reform done, Such as with police departments. But the all-out abolition of prisons just like the all-out defunding of police is a stupid idea.

These are the same people that allowed a group of marxist to take over a six block area in their city. There will be no sanity until the people they let out start attacking their homes.

With Minneapolis, and probably other cities, the city council has moved to do some pretty radical defunding of the po po. At least in Minneapolis it has to go to a vote of the people. With crime rates climbing, by November, a lot of people may feel motivate to go vote.

Well get the popcorn, the nightly news could replace college football as my source of entertainment this fall.
