My go-to Bourbon neat - Maker's

My go-to Bourbon on the rocks - Booker's

Go-to home mixed drinking - Maker's Mark Hot Toddy (why isn't this served at bars in the winter?)...

Nobody has mentioned 1792 Ridgemont Reserve. The official toasting bourbon of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, and it's less than $20 a bottle.

Also love:
Eagle Rare
Four Roses
Russel's Reserve
Knob Creek

Different Beast, but delicious Tennessee Whiskey - George Dickel

Just bought a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel on Saturday. I plan on trying it tonight.

For the whiskey drinkers here I highly reccommend an ice ball ice tray. Got mine from wearyourbeer.com. Keeps drinks cold without watering them down. About the size of a racquetball they melt slowly.

So, it's 0400 and I'm still sipping Knob Creek. It gets my vote. Next is Bulleit. Both are IMO the best bourbons in the world. Yummm...

Just got a call from the liquor store. I made the cut this year for Pappy Van Winkle. I'm getting the 12 year. Price is kind of high for what it should be, but this is a very rare opportunity, so I definitely am taking advantage.
Heard that has strong notes of vanilla...

The Abraham Bowman calls itself gingerbeer finished bourbon..... It's a product of Virginia. It's very good whiskey. If your counting on a knock your socks off bourbon it's not it. Would/will be great when making top shelf winter cocktails.... Much better neat than on the rocks.
