Big 12 is laying a big turd on opening day!

Three takeaways from today:
1) Iowa State isn’t very good
2) KState isn’t very good
3) DO NOT overlook Tulsa!!!!! (Or anyone else)
You might be giving isu and KSU too much credit

#10 Irish only up 17 - 13 on Due nearing 4th quarter. Go Blue Devils!! As I speak, ND start to light it up and now leads 24-13. They actually have a little bit of atmosphere. I hope we have the paddle people and the students in the stands...That will make a HUGE difference in putting our atmosphere over the top.

This year is nearly totally about practice and Covid cases. I believe that Gundy is going to be proven right by having us in early getting it over with and moving on. Having a veteran team 'should' help. We have to remember Tulsa gave us a game last year and was leading at half. They have a good coach...we have to be ready and take it seriously...losing that first game would take all that work the staff and players have done and flush it down the toilet.

Gotta give it up to the Irish fans and students...Nice...they were great. This is what OSU needs to be next week. I expect us to be this...at least.

So WVU reports 11 guys suspended for today’s game.
Team violations COV related ?

if so, wonder why Gundy kicked off the OLmen vs just doing a suspension?

Ok, so Florida State seems to have an actual crowd today...at least sort of. They are proving a small crowd can make a lot of noise. Nice to see and creates an environment. Hope we do same...I recall Pitt after the lighting storm we had barely 15K in stadium and it was louder than most of the rest of the game because the students let loose. .
