Yeah, but a pit bull can do a number on your nads so we can't take this one for granted. We always have a hard time winning there even when we're good and they suck and right now the difference in the two teams isn't that great....
I've never underestimated bedlam. I think the direction these two teams have taken since the last bedlam matchup gives me more hope of winning in Norman than I had a month ago. Still expect a close tough fought game.

I think from a sheer athlete/talent perspective we've got the noticible edge. Equalizer? OU is actually a fairly veteran team (a lot of Juniors) as opposed to the Cowboys who are woefully young.

Good news is...the next few years looks much more promising for the orange and black than it does for the crimson and "cream".

I'm much more optimistic for OU in the coming years. M'baye, who is a Wyoming transfer, will be eligible and Lon will being getting his players into the system. Our talent level is not even close to where it needs to be. We have some nice players, but not enough of them.

I don't mean to say that uo is down for good at all, and I actually am a fan of Lon Kruger and think he will do well (in that sense I was not happy with the hire...ha). I just mean as I look at the rosters it seems like, with the personel on hand, the Cowboys have more in the cupboard so to speak and I know we have some GREAT freshman coming in.

I think Kruger will get OU back to the NCAA if not next year, then definitely in 2014. People around here don't seem to know how good of a coach he is. As for OSU, I am really excited about the future with Williams, Cobbins and Brown forming the chemistry they have and adding Nash to the mix. I just hope we can stop the defections and grow in the offseason for once.

Both teams should be much better than they have been in the past few years and seem to be trending upward. Hopefully soon both will be back in the NCAA tourny regularly.

No way OU gets back to NCAA tourney next year, they don't have enough talent yet. OSU has a good chance if Nash comes back as expected. I think tonight's game will be a dogfight. OSU has more talent but is younger and on the road. Should be a good game.

Good coaching can trump a lack of talent. Kruger has the ability is all I am saying.

I agree tonight will be a good game. It will do wonders for our confidence if we can get the W.

can tell both teams are pretty terrible - because there is a disturbing amount of lack of hate that exist in this thread.

ou sucks.
