I sure hope this Stampede stays a tight herd. Although now they may be light/medium recruited, many have the potential to become outstanding HS players and ripe for some rustler to try to poach them.

I’d say only a couple like Colin Oliver and Ty Williams could be poached away...the rest not so much IMO. 2022 commits are more likely especially kelvin banks. History shows we tend to lose out on those type of players.

We have de-commitments every year. So does OU and every other school. These are 17- and 18-year-old kids getting bombarded with attention from recruiters. Some are going to change their minds, particularly if they committed early in the cycle. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Are we planning on taking a QB in 2020 or sitting out this year ? I don't see us in anyone's "top 10" and usually QBs are some of the earliest to commit.
