Try to keep up. Not comparing indiscretions, the issue is the fact MSM and primary social media platforms promote stories that fit their agenda and bury those that do not.

BBTW, since you want to bring it up, troves of emails are called evidence. Claims that are unverified, overwhelmingly by those with opposing political ideologies, and some being around 20 years old with no efforts to seek any means of justice one would expect?? You had the right word...accusations. Or are you prescribing to the left's overt doctrine that accusations are now considered evidence while MSM and social media are de facto courts?
Got it, Donald Trump is against the filing of frivolous lawsuits, because he doesn’t want to waste the court’s resources.

I’m assuming you believe Baylor football never had a rape problem as well. By the way, interesting book about Donald Trump and lawsuits. Kind of interesting those 25 lawsuits shouldn’t be heard, but the 3500 lawsuits filed by a failed casino owner are all legitimate?

So pictures are fair game then?
Point being neither one of these guys is pure in and of himself...I'm voting for party and America First. You can vote against a man and his exploits and for internationalism...but don't pretend that we have a moral choice here...we don't.

So, all veterans (particularly those that served stateside) should have no issue with Trump, even if he uses their copyrighted material without permission?

Hunt's website looks like very straightforward typical republican. Is that what he was calling "common sense?" Seems all politicians think that support for their positions is common sense.
Hunt (at least in the interview) wants to find common ground between Dems and Reps and believes the shared connection veterans have would make that easier.

I don’t care that Fogerty doesn’t like Trump. The Vietnam period was filled with people looking for ways to avoid serving in that war; some like Fogerty and Bush utilized the Reserve, some (Trump) used physical issues,, some (Clinton) used College deferments and some left the country. We should be past the time of vilifying people who found ways “out” as the abuse of the system helped lead us to the all volunteer force we have now.

as far as Fogerty not wanting his song used...IIRC, there was an issue like this with one of Bush/McCain/Romney campaigns. The campaign stopped using a song because the artist requested it but there was no legal requirement since the song was in the public space, the campaign just needed to pay the appropriate royalty fee for its use...could be wrong here.

it points to a bigger problem that the campaign can’t find music by an artist that supports the sitting president in his campaign.

Despite you attempt at condescending gifs, you are still off on your tangent.

Are their a lot of Republican recording artists? Can’t say that I remember any coming out in support of GOP candidates during all the years I have been eligible to vote.

Oh yeah, that is the problem.

Good gravy. You are the epitome of diversion. FORGET TRUMP THE PERSON. Without invoking Trump, explain how the country will be better with Biden. Not certain element, the whole country.

My understanding is that Chrissy Hynde was OK with Rush Limbaugh using 'Ohio' as a buffer music, and that they are actually acquaintances.

I don't like the guy...I just know that the other side is far more dangerous and wants to take Federal control of things like our covid response and limit freedoms like gun ownership rights and attending events...that's it
“I don’t like the snake oil salesman, but I buy everything he’s selling.”

I’ve already discussed my reasons why Trump is more dangerous, ad nauseum. I’ll spare you a recitation.

I think both candidates are subpar. They are both swamp creatures. Candidate Trump didn’t improve trade and coasted on Obama’s economy.

America needs a somewhat sense of normalcy. The normalcy isn’t perfect, but I believe Trump feels he thrives in chaos, and doesn’t give a damn about the whirlwind he creates.
