I'm considering starting a recurring order of like $10-20 biweekly. I feel like there's money to be made there but I don't want to just dump a bunch all at once. I think the main complaint is that he's cherry picking info here to push this. He's taking evidence that schools can be operating like that and wanting to apply it here but ignoring everything else that the state where the data came from is currently doing outside of the school that we are not...

If "encouraging" was his target then he seems to have missed the mark by a bit... Have you seen any school or educator responses that make it sound like they feel encouraged by this? All the responses I've seen have been that of confusion, anger, irritation, etc. Also, FWIW:

Actually, looking back at my transaction history I'm seeing that I've misremembered how it went down for me. Here's how my PLUG transactions actually went (and now I'm kicking myself even harder for not starting off with more...) 11/13/19 - 2 shares purchased that day. 1 @ $3.28, 1 @ $3.38...

That was when I bought another share. :D

Yeah, my Plug purchase was back when it was less than $10 a share and purely just because I'd come across some article in my Google feed that said it was a good buy. I'm happy how that one turned out. Now I'm trying to stumble across another low dollar stock with the same potential.
